Will you notify me of results?

If you have any abnormal results, we will contact you within 24-48 hours upon receiving. Otherwise appointments will be made if needing to go over results.

What are your office hours?

Currently, we are open from Mondays to Thursdays from 9:00AM to 4:00PM, and Fridays from 9:00AM to 12:00PM. We are closed Saturday and Sundays. The office is closed for lunch between 12:00 pm- 1:00 pm Monday- Thursday. We are closed for all Provincial and Federal holidays. Please give us a call at (905-892-5777) for more information.

What payment methods do you accept?

At this time, we accept Debit, Cash, as well as all major credit cards (such as MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover).

How long will it take me to see the specialist?

Referrals are done the same day you see your doctor. Each specialist has a waiting list that is variable, they will contact you directly with the date and time of appointment.

What do I do if I need refills?

We ask that you be responsible for anticipating the need for refills and make appointments accordingly.

How do I get in contact with someone in an emergency?

 Emergencies should always dial 911, or go to your nearest emergency department.
